These general terms and conditions apply to all commercial transactions carried out in our online shop. For more information about us and our Privacy Policy, please consult the links located in the footer of the website.

Please read these Terms and Conditions of Purchase and our Privacy Policy carefully before placing your order. If you do not agree to all of the Terms and Conditions, you should not place an order.

The commercial transactions that take place are subject to the legal provisions in force, and in particular those established in Law 7/1996 and the Law on the Regulation of Retail Trade, as well as in the legislation relating to distance sales, which develops the above, Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Services and Electronic Commerce and the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users (LGDCU) and other complementary laws.

PRODUCT INFORMATION: The product information contained in our online shop is for informational purposes only, based on our experience and the opinions of our customers. Under no circumstances can it be considered as a substitute for medical prescription, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your doctor for any health problem and before using any food supplement.

2.2. AVAILABILITY: The articles displayed in our online shop will be available for sale while stocks last.

All product orders are subject to availability. In this regard, if there are difficulties in the supply of products or if there are no items in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information about substitute products of equal or superior quality and value that you can order. If you do not wish to order such substitute products, we will refund any amount you may have paid.

2.3. OFFERS: Offers are duly marked and identified as such. They are valid for as long as they appear on your screen. Such offers may be modified or cancelled without prior notice.

2.4. PRICE AND CHARGES: The prices of the services or products shown in our online shop are indicated in euros and include VAT. In accordance with the provisions of article 68 of Law 37/1992, of 28 December, on Value Added Tax, the delivery of the articles shall be understood to be located in the territory of application of Spanish VAT if the delivery address is in Spanish territory except for the Canary Islands. The applicable VAT rate will be that legally in force at any given time depending on the specific article in question. For orders destined for the Canary Islands, deliveries will be exempt from VAT in accordance with the provisions of article 21 of Law 37/1992, without prejudice to the application of the corresponding taxes and duties in accordance with the regulations in force in each of these territories. In the case of shipment to Portugal, the price includes all national taxes related to the purchase.

Shipping costs, depending on the amount of the purchase, are not included in the price of the articles. Once in the shopping cart, the customer must calculate them through the option defined for this purpose.

The final price that will be invoiced to the customer will appear in the “Total” section of the “Cart”, before the purchase is finalised, payment is made and the order is placed.


3.1. REGISTRATION: To place an order on our website you must be registered.

You can go to the section “Register” ( to complete the registration. The data provided will be processed and incorporated into our processing system, as reported in the clause incorporated in the form and in our privacy policy, which we advise you to consult.

Once registration has been completed, the user will be provided with a USER ID and a PASSWORD that will allow him/her to access “My account” (

From this section you can access your orders as well as manage the data provided, your personal information, wish list, account settings and log out.

The identification password assigned will be personal, exclusive and non-transferable for the REGISTERED USER to whom it was assigned, so that the REGISTERED USER will be solely responsible for the diligent and confidential custody of the same, as well as for any damages that may eventually arise from access to and use of the RESTRICTED areas.

3.2. PURCHASE: To place an order on our website it is not necessary to be registered, however our online store allows the registration and creation of a customer account, for it add a product, choose the product, select the number of units you want and click the “Add to cart” button.

Once added you will see that the number of products in the cart is shown in the top bar of the page.

From this section you can access your orders as well as manage the data provided, your personal information, wish list, account settings and log out.


If you click on “View cart”, the cart will open and a summary box will be displayed with the products included, the price, quantity, shipping costs and total price. You can modify the quantity or delete a product in this same place.


Once you are happy with your shopping cart click “Checkout”.

The next step will be to fill in your billing details, address details, create an account, payment, etc.

Unless stocks last, orders will be dispatched immediately.

If an item is not in stock at the time of ordering, we will let you know and confirm the date on which it will be available again or we will offer you an equivalent substitute product.

The products, if they are in stock, will be delivered within the following timeframes from the time of purchase:

  • Spain and Portugal: 24/48 hours.
  • Canary Islands: 4 to 7 working days
  • Balearic Islands: 48/72 hours.
  • Ceuta and Melilla: on request.

Normally, the services will be provided on working days and from Monday to Friday. Holidays will be excluded from the timeframe of the contracted service. The contractually agreed deadlines for the delivery of the shipments are understood to be without prejudice to delays that may be caused by force majeure or unforeseen circumstances (storms, snow, road closures, strikes, formalities or other actions by the Administration and/or Customs, delays by airlines and/or shipping companies, dates such as Black Friday, Christmas, etc.). In these cases shipments may suffer some delay.

The goods will be delivered to the address designated by the sender, except in the absence of the addressee or if, due to the weight, volume or nature of the product, delivery is not possible. In this case, and with prior notice, delivery will be made at the door or at the service centre of destination. In case of absence of the addressee, a notice of attempted delivery will be left, as well as the way to arrange delivery. The charge for this shall be as set out in the current tariffs. Non-compliance with the delivery time will not be considered to be that caused by the absence of the recipient; change of address; unknown, incorrect or incomplete address; lack of name, telephone and e-mail contact details in private addresses; non-payment of postage; replacements or refunds; closure due to holidays; late deliveries on the second delivery attempt; and force majeure, fortuitous events or other causes not attributable to the transport company.

The delivery times indicated are for guidance only and Viteba will endeavour to respect them; however, as this is a service offered by third parties, any delay does not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation whatsoever.

Deliveries are made through Nacex courier companies. Rates: E-Nacex and PlusPack.


Shipping is free in the following cases:

Mainland Spain and Portugal, for purchases over 45€.
Balearic and Canary Islands, for purchases over 65€.

For orders below these amounts, shipping costs are fixed and will be automatically calculated by the system once the shipping address is established.

For the Canary Islands, orders may not exceed €150. In the case of orders for the Canary Islands, the SAD on departure will be €18 and on receipt the customer will have to pay 7% of the value.

In the case of Ceuta and Melilla, prices will be on demand. You should send an email to and we will offer you rates and delivery times.




If you wish to make an exchange, you must manage the shipment through a shipping point (in the same packaging – Nacex bag – without having been opened and with the return form) and notify us by email, within a maximum period of 5 days from the day you received the order.

We will evaluate the case, manage the collection and, received at our facilities, we will check that it is intact / not manipulated, and we will send the correct product requested.


If you wish to return a product, you have 14 calendar days to do so after your order has been delivered.

To do so, you must write to us at explaining the case and attaching images of the product. If we see that everything is correct, we will arrange the collection and on arrival at our offices we will check the condition of the product:

If it is intact, in perfect condition and not manipulated, we will proceed to refund the amount subtracting the initial shipping and collection costs for its return.
If it is open, used or damaged – without prior notification of this fact, we will proceed to contact the customer to explain the situation and tell him/her that we do not accept the return.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

  • Return due to damage to the product: In this case, you must contact us as soon as you receive the order and see that it is damaged) at, providing images of the product and its damage. Viteba will try to exchange the product for a new one. If you still want to return the product, we will manage the collection at our expense and once it arrives at our offices and we value the product, you will be refunded the total amount paid.
  • Return due to a delay in the shipment or delivery of the product: If there is a delay in the shipment/delivery of the product and the established times are not met, you must contact Viteba, through, providing the necessary information and explaining the reason why you want to cancel the purchase. We will check it internally and we will refund the total amount paid for the product. We internally claim to NACEX the shipping fee for non-compliance.
  • Return for incomplete goods: If the order arrives incomplete you must contact us, through, explaining the case and attaching images of the package that has arrived. An internal assessment will be made and the customer will have two options:

Accept to receive the remaining part of the order from Viteba. Shipping costs shall be borne by Viteba.
Return of all products. We will arrange collection with Nacex and once the product arrives at our offices and we assess the condition of the product (it must be intact and not manipulated), we will refund the full amount paid.


IMPORTANT NOTICE: All returns must be made in the same shipping packaging (Nacex bag), without having been opened and with the return form.

The customer of our online store undertakes at all times to provide truthful information about the data requested in the different purchase forms.

In the event of the sale or marketing of products on our website that require the buyer to be of a certain age according to the current legislation of their country of origin, the buyer declares that they meet this requirement to formalize the purchase.

The customer undertakes to enable the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address where the order can be delivered within the usual delivery hours of goods. In the event of failure by the customer to comply with this obligation, Viteba will not have any responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order requested by the customer.

These data will be kept as long as you do not request its deletion or as long as the commercial relationship is maintained or for the years necessary to comply with legal obligations.

Furthermore, they will not be transferred to third parties unless the purpose of the communication is to fulfill purposes directly related to the legitimate functions of the transferor and the transferee or you have given your consent for such purposes or when the transfer is authorized by any Law.
